HoW DO I BUY A FIREARM FROM YOU?

Oregon customers must be of qualifying age, pass a background check, and have a valid state-issued photo ID in order to purchase a firearm online to be picked up at our location or have it shipped to another Oregon Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. Shipping to another Oregon FFL Dealer will incur additional costs including transfer fees. You cannot buy a gun online from us and have it shipped directly to you.

Customers who are not residents of Oregon can still order a firearm online to be picked up in-person at our store if they are of qualifying age, pass a background check, and have a valid state-issued photo ID. We cannot sell semi-auto rifles to Washington state residents; they must be shipped to a Washington FFL dealer for transfer. Handgun purchases for non-Oregonian customers must also be shipped to a FFL dealer in your state. This will include costs such as taxes and transfer fees.

The ATF doesn’t fuck around. Neither do we. Not all products sold here are legal across the U.S. We will cancel and refund your order if you try to order something that is not permitted in your state. However, it is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not legal where you live.
